Oversight
Material portfolio actions are reviewed against the relevant asset mandate. Administrative authority is separated from beneficial ownership disclosure, and registry extracts are limited to information approved for publication.

- Maintains operational registration, renewal, and technical continuity.
Records and controls
Changes to authoritative records require a documented basis and an effective date. Public registry information may therefore differ from internal records that contain restricted ownership or administrative details.
